The first Bosch SD Symposia series in India

Bosch

Successful start in India: Our first series of events under the topic of Solid Dosage Forms took place in India in October. Both pharma solid sites Waiblingen and Schopfheim were represented, supported by our local joint venture partner Klenzaids Contamination Controls.

More than 150 customers from the leading Indian pharmaceutical companies were given informative lectures on the latest innovations and trends in the solid dosage sector at the three selected locations Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad. The most important theme of the events was: how do we meet the turbulent changes in the pharmaceutical industry together with our customers? With advancing growth markets, extremely complex pharmaceuticals and innovative production processes, the global pharmaceutical landscape is changing dramatically and new challenges are emerging.

The speakers of Bosch Packaging Technology and Klenzaids Contamination Controls not only presented the latest technologies from the fields of granulation, tableting and capsule filling, but also discussed with the customer in which production areas future support will be needed and necessary.

Suhas Rai, Harald Kaufmann, Christian Silbernagel, Saurabh Manwatkar, Andreas Nüssle and Shailesh Parelkar (from left to right) presented innovations and trends in the Solid Dosage Sector successfully.

In a relaxed atmosphere during the ensuing dinner, there were interesting and inspiring conversations. We look forward to repeating these successful symposia in 2018.
