33-year Bosch veteran Bill Kohl — an ambassador at the Super Bowl

On February 4, Super Bowl LII was held in Minneapolis, just about 11 miles “as the crow flies” from Bosch Packaging’s North American pharmaceutical operations facility. While the big game was only one afternoon, the preliminary festivities transpired for weeks prior in the Minneapolis area. Bill Kohl, a 33-year employee of Bosch Packaging in the area of Oral Solid Dose applications, attended some of the festivities as an official Super Bowl ambassador.

Here are some interesting numbers about the Minneapolis area around game time:

1,055,000 people attended the 10-day festival preceding the game

235,000 people attended the festival on Saturday, February 3, the day before the game

48 bands/artists performed at the festival

1.4 million people visited the Mall of America during the ten-day festival

61,000 passengers went through Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Monday, February 5

67,612 people attended the actual Super Bowl game
